夹金山是中央红军长征途中翻越的第一座大雪山，垭口海拔 4114 米。90年后，德国旅行作家沃尔克・黑林（Volker Haering）再次把自行车推上盘山公路。在走新修的夹金山隧道和与红军老路之间，他选择沿老路前行，用呼吸和车轮体会那段跋涉的重量。

　　如今的夹金山，骑行者和登山者远道而来，藏式民宿与新公路让山下村庄焕发新生。有人把登顶当作朝圣，也有年轻一代在时代变化中重新理解长征精神。

　　时代不同，路也不同。但选择难而正确的路并坚持走下去，就是每个人自己的长征路。

　　Jiajin Mountain was the first great snow mountain that the Central Red Army crossed during the Long March, with its pass at an altitude of 4,114 meters. Today, 90 years later, German travel writer Volker Haering cycles on the winding mountain road. Between the newly built Jiajin Mountain Tunnel and the old route taken by the Red Army, he chooses to follow the old road, experiencing the weight of that arduous journey through his breath and the turning of his wheels.

　　Today, cyclists and hikers travel to Jiajin Mountain. Tibetan-style family inns and new roads have revitalized the villages at the footof the mountain. For the younger generation, by reaching the summit, they can better understand the Long March spirit in a changing era.

　　Times are different, and so are the roads. But choosing the harder yet right path is everyone's own Long March.
